Return Policy

Life FIxing Online store wants to guarantee maximum satisfaction to all its customers. If for some reason you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days (we remind you that you must return the goods undamaged and in the original package).

To do that, you have to login your account on Life Fixing Store, click on “Order history and details” - "Details" for the order that you want to returns, choose the product/s and follow the procedure. If the product is defective, you have to send a picture of the products at contact@lifefixing.com

You can't change the products purchased with other products.

The terms and instructions on the right of withdrawal follow the Legislative Decree. N. 21/2014, art.49, paragraph 4.

Follow these instructions to return the products and receive your refund. 

  1. Before shipping the products, control that these conditions are met:
    • The safety seal is perfectly intact and, therefore, was not removed from the product.
    • All labels, fabric or pendants, are perfectly intact and, therefore, have not been removed from the product.
    • Each product is in the same condition in which it was originally sent, has not been worn and / or washed and / or ironed and / or treated in any way, and is packed in an orderly manner.
  1. The package containing the products returned must be physically delivered to the carrier within 30 days (including holidays).
  1. The shipping costs, for the return, are always at the expense of the customer and they will be deducted from the refund.

Remember that you can check your returns at the page "My merchandise returns" in your account.

CAUTION

If one of these conditions are not met, Life Fixing Store will not accept the return and the package will be rejected, or items will be shipped back to the customer, at his own expense.

Once you receive your package, Life Fixing Store will check that all the conditions listed above are met and, if so, will proceed to make the refund on your credit card (if you paid by credit card) or on your PayPal (if you paid by PayPal).

However, if the above conditions are not met, we will notify you and we will give you the chance to have your products back, to your address, at your expense.
